Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Stephen specifically asked for "garlic mashed potatoes". I only tried this recipe. It's good, but I added some flavoring, but that's us:)

Garlic Mashed Potatoes
3.5 lbs. russet potatoes
2 Tb kosher salt
16 oz half-and-half (2% milk)
6 cloves of garlic
6 oz grated Parmesan

I added dry Italian dressing, Italian spice, butter, salt & pepper

-Peel and dice potatoes, all about the same size
-Place in large saucepan, add salt, cover in water
-Bring to a boil then reduce to maintain a rolling boil
-Cook until potatoes fall apart when poked with a fork
-Heat the half-and-half and garlic in a medium saucepan over medium heat until simmering, remove from heat
-Remove potatoes from the heat and drain off the water
-Mash potatoes (I used my Kitchenaid)
-Add garlic cream mixture and Parmesan
-Season according to taste

Cream Crockpot Chicken

This sauce is very mild but still tasty, and uses dry Italian dressing - so awesome!

Italian Chicken
4 chicken breasts
1 packet dry zesty (regular is fine) Italian dressing (I used 2:)
1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
1-2 cans cream of Chicken soup

-Combine cream cheese and cream of chicken soup on a small pot over low heat
-Place chicken in crockpot with Italian dressing
-Cook on low 4 hours

Crockpot BBQ chicken

Very easy and such a yummy sauce!

BBQ Chicken
6 chicken breasts
1 (12 oz) bottle BBQ sauce
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tb. Worcestershire sauce

-I cooked the chicken first. It makes the processes faster and gets the nasty stuff off in the water
-Combine sauce, mix together
-Combine sauce and chicken in a crockpot
-1.5 if cooked chicken, 3-4 hours on high, 6-8 hours on low
